Dogs that have been adopted by the new family form strong bonds with all the members of this family and are very grateful to them. They are not demanding like puppies and make loving, confident, even-tempered and loyal companions. All dogs are placed into foster families prior to adoption. The group and the foster owners make a decision in matching the dogs with prospective owners. The preferences of the adoptive families are taken into consideration as well as the temperament of the dog.

Responsibilities of breeders are the most numerous, because the future of the breed depends on their attitude to breeding. Breeders have to maintain the purpose of the breed and produce the highest quality puppies they can. Responsible breeders and owners of purebred dogs are usually the members of the GRCA or other breed clubs. Club members are urged to do their best for the improvement of the breed by training their dogs, planning litters, and educating the public about the responsible dog ownership. Devoted club members regularly participate in all events and competitions for the breed.
